30 Days Wild

We have a winner!

Congratulations to Tom, who has shown excellent commitment to 30 Days Wild throughout the project - completing the suggested activities and many more!  We will be in touch to arrange collection of your journal Tom - well deserved!

Welcome to 30 Days Wild - a celebration of all things wild!

Can you complete a random act of wildness every day in June?  Why stop at just one?!  We will be posting a simple activity every day that you could do to help you to re-connect with nature.  We would love to see what wild things you get up to and will display any photos that you send us on this page.  You can download the 30 Days Wild Wall Calendar from the resources section below - this will be somewhere that you can record what you have done each day.  There is even a competition (see presentation below for details).  Let's get wild!

WILKINSONS GO WILD!

This week has been all about minibeasts.  We painted ladybird houses and hung them in the trees in our garden.  We also have an ant farm on the mantle piece now which is actually pretty fascinating!  George has been busy rescuing minibeasts that didn't know they needed rescuing (!) and rehoming them in various spots around the garden.

Thank you to Tom for sending in some of the 'wild' tasks that he has completed at home - well done Tom - a fantastic effort!

It's lovely to be able to display some of the work being done by the children in school!
