Sports Ambassadors
Our Sports Ambassadors demonstrate the six key values of all School Games: determination, honesty, passion, respect, self-belief, teamwork.
Our Sports Ambassadors are made up of year 5 and 6 pupils. These children have a Ambassador training day that takes place at the start of the academic term. This training gives the children all the skills and knowledge they need to be a successful Sport Ambassador.
Below are a list of qualities and some job descriptions required when taking up the role of a Sports Ambassador:

Must be approachable and have a good relationship with all children;

A positive role model and a good attitude towards learning and playing sports;

Be a good team member;

Able to engage and inspire others;

Must be organised and be a good timekeeper.
Our Sporting ambassadors have been carefully chosen and show all of the qualities above. Their job role is very important throughout the school and below you will see a list of jobs our Sporting Ambassadors will undertake throughout the school year.
Jobs:

Will run games at lunch time, on a rota basis (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

Undertake a training course.

Help run and organise the house competitions.

Always be an example in PE lessons, after school clubs and sports competitions (Lead by Example).

Be ready for other Sporting needs throughout the year.
